Do you still take commissions?

Unfortunately, for the most part, no. As of March 2022 we are no longer accepting cosplay commissions. some of our items will be made to order, but the only commissions we will take from this point forward will be on predetermined listings. You can browse our shop to see what’s currently available for commission, but we will not be offering quotes on cosplay commissions not in our shop at this time.

How long do Made to Order items take?

Depends on the item, but most of our products take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to be crafted. Please refer to individual product descriptions for a more accurate estimate on how long each item's production time is.

How long is shipping?

All our products are shipped USPS. Standard shipping within the US usually takes between 2-10 working days, and international shipping can take upwards of 15+ days.
Please keep in mind that USPS is currently still experiencing longer than usual shipping times due to COVID-19 as well as other restrictions. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any shipping times at present.
